Already well‑established in international markets such as Korea, Japan, and the United States, DAMIANI aimed to further accelerate growth through a strengthened ecommerce presence.

To support its international expansion, the brand required a trusted cross‑border partner with proven expertise in managing the complexities of global online retail, including localised customer experiences, translations, compliant payment solutions, and efficient logistics.

The Solution

ESW became the trusted cross‑border expert for DAMIANI, implementing tailored ecommerce solutions across more than 36 countries, including high‑performing markets such as Korea, Japan, the US, Cyprus, UAE, and Luxembourg.

DAMIANI’s objectives included maximising revenue, GMV, and margin contribution while enhancing delivery and returns services. ESW delivered multilingual checkout and payments in over 140 currencies, seamless logistics management aligned with luxury brand standards, and an omnichannel strategy connecting online and in‑store experiences, including ship‑from‑store capabilities.
